EVERYDAY we have a delicious homemade soup and Anna's Fabulous Falafels. Add one of Kate's cheese biscuits to your soup or enjoy your falafel without wheat with a rice tortillas. (our falafels are made with quinoa and millet...no wheat!).
Kate's quiche is prepared with a spelt crust and a satisfying, free range egg and whole milk filling.We add flavourful broccoli, cheddar and caramelized onion to make a great "slice" to start to your day or enjoy as a midday lunch. Somedays we add Meadowbrook naturally smoked bacon for a smoky treat.
Our chicken wraps are made with fresh veggies, locally grown chicken and Meadowbrook Farm's naturally smoked bacon.

Yum.....We fill a Speerville organic spelt flour crust with farm fresh eggs, caramelized onion, aged cheddar cheese, fresh broccoli and milk....bake and serve with a little salad greens!. Sometimes we substitute natural smoked bacon from Meadowbrook Farm for the broccoli. Why not?
Anna Osburn Baker! Anna's daughter owns the Union Street Cafe (next door to the pantry) and Anna bakes all the fab desserts for the restaurant. She bakes for the Pantry in her spare time! Check out her food blog. Jenny bakes all of our muffins and sweets with spelt flour...and love. Choose from cookies, brownies and decadent squares. Our nearly famous Energy Orbs were created in the bakery especially for those days when you really need and/or deserve a wonderful treat. They are organic rolled oats mixed with cranberries and peanut butter dipped in delicious dark chocolate. WOW!!
